The eggplant is increasingly populair in the
Netherlands and Belgium. It is a fruit with little
taste of itself. Eggplant can only cooked or fried
be eaten.

Growing youre eggplants



Eggplant can only in the cold greenhouse grown,
and then only as a climber. The production is very
similar to that of climbing tomatoes.
To sow youre eggplant seeds a certain
