Growing youre eggplants
Eggplant can only in the cold greenhouse grown,
and then only as a climber. The production is very
similar to that of climbing tomatoes.
To sow youre eggplant seeds a certain
minimum temperature is needed, 17 degrees
at least. So sowing starts in February
and is indoors and is best done in pots .
The eggplant can be placed early May in
the cold greenhouse. Soil temperature in
this greenhouse needs to be above 15 Celsius.
The soil should be fertile,and especially
the potassium need is high.

The Thai eggplant is suprisingly small and green.
They are directly used in the populair dishes like
Thai green or yellow curry.
pea eggplant
Pea eggplants look like green peas,
but then clustered together like grapes.
Use them directly in curries. They can be
stored in the fridge.
