The Lime or Linden is a large deciduous tree that
can be found in the woods of central europe,
A Lime can grow very high, up to 40 meter.

linden also known as the winter linden, or Tilia platyphyllos,
and the large-leafed, early-blooming summer linden.

Linden lowers. you can add Linden honey to make it sweeter.

Lime blossom fair in Buis-les-Baronnies. about 300 tons of lime
bloosom is sold then, 90% of the annual lime production in France.
Limeblossom is then dried for a week and sold. The local cultivar
Tilia 'Benivay' is used solely for this purpose.
