The Hovenia is fast growing small tree that produce
a large amount of raisins at the end of the summer.
But before that, it flowers with small white ,
lovely flowers with a sweet fragarance.
And in fall it show clear yellow leaves.

The raisin are produced in large amounts, but the brown
capsule needs to be removed. The edible raisin that remains
is small, and tastes sweeter if stored for 2 months.
The raisin are very useful for the production of jam
and in pancakes etc.
