Few-flowered Garlic




The fewflowered garlic can be found in woods on
sandy grounds. This little herb has only one leave,
and very small garlic tasting and looking bulbs.
It flowers early in spring with a white flower on
a triangular stem.
The seeds are spread by ants.

Poisonous


The leave of this herb is slightly poisonous ,
especially for dogs.
The very small bulb has the same taste and smell
as garlic bulbs, but much softer and weaker.
Few-flowered Garlic bulbs can
be used in salads, just like garlic.
