A beautiful waterplant with cordate floating leaves.

smaller leaves. Those leaves have
a redish color on the underside.
Water fringe in the pond
Water fringe will grow in youre pond. It even
grows in shady ponds. But will not go happy
together with waterlily. Waterlily grows
even faster then water fringe, and at the end
only waterlily remains.
Strong points of the Water fringe
Water fringe will survive a period of drought:
the rhizomes on the bottom of the pond will start grow
again after a rain
