Variegated Scouring Rush




The Variegated Scouring Rush is a horsetail that grows
in the marshes that can be found in dunes.
This horsetail can be found in the Northern
parts of Europe. It even grows in the North
of Greenland.

Variegated Scouring Rush spread by use its rhizomes
and in this vegetatively way forms dense bushes.
During summertime it also spreads by using it spores .





A waterdrop at the end of the stem, probably
by gustation.
