| Hi
Does anyone know how the UCL preliminary round was decided to be in Gibraltar this year and how it would be decided going forward? |

| The 4 countries with a team in the CL-PR can apply to host it, and then UEFA will choose 1 of them (if more then 1 applies). |

Northern Ireland have dropped into the bottom 4 this year, with Gibraltar overtaking them. |

| Yeah definitely, it's only a matter of time until Kosovo pass them.
Hopefully the UCL preliminary round is hosted in NI in the next few years so. It would be a fun trip to take in for myself (I'm based in Republic of Ireland). |

| Northern Ireland champion will not play in CL-PR yet in 2019 (since the 2018 ranking is used for that). They will play in CL-PR in 2020. |

| Are you sure that each win in the perliminary round gives 1 point? |

| The PR is part of qualifying, so yes also in this round a win will get clubs 1 point and a draw 0.5. |
