| Will the austrian champion (16th place) be moved to CLQ3 if the title holder spot is not used?
As we have a new country (Gibraltar) there could occur some problems with the number of odd and even teams in the various qualifying rounds. |

To create the spot for the Gibraltar teams there is just 1 extra team that has to start in Q1 in stead of Q2 (the champion of country 47 in CL and the N2 of country 27 in EL).
So for country 16 (Austria this year) nothing changes compared to last season. If the TH-spot isn't used the Austrian champion is moved up to Q3.

- champion country 16 (Austria) move to CL Q3
