| If I interpret your spreadsheet correctly, then the greatest probability is to have a Shakhtar - Lazio pairing and the smallest chance is to have a Plzen - Basel encounter. (And obviously you`re a Dnipro fan.) The difference in percentages is rather small, so almost anything possible, but still very interesting. Thanks. So, according to your calculations we can look forward to:
Chornomorets Odessa - Fiorentina (Napoli, Valencia) Dnipro - Napoli (Valencia, Sevilla) Dynamo Kyiv - Fiorentina (Napoli, Valencia) Shakhtar - Lazio (Betis, Juventus)
Tough prognosis for all Ukrainian teams. I hope for somewhat better, especially for Shakhtar as being seeded. |

| Tough draw for Ukrainian teams, but somewhat better than the prognosis. Chornomorets - Lyon, I think it`s better than the Italian, Spanish combo, Odessa have their chances. Dnipro - Tottenham, no such luck for Dnipro, Tottenham are as tough as the teams in the prognosis. Dynamo Kyiv - Valencia, Dynamo got no break either, Valencia - one of the teams in the prediction - are their opponents. Plzen - Shakhtar, although I don`t think Lazio or Betis are much better or dangerous than Plzen, Shakhtar avoided Juventus and overall they`re the ``luckiest`` team among the Ukrainians. They`re the favourites and face either Lyon or Chornomorets in the next round if they progress. I`d be happy to see two teams in the next round. |
