What will happen for the Turkish points for this year, as Fenerbahce and Besiktas were disqualified from the tournaments (they could have earned more points for their country without the disqualification)

What is the general rule for the country points? (Most logical would be to exclude there points and rank the country based on the average of the clubs that were not excluded?)

It does not make sense to include their point since they were kicked out of the tournament during the qualifiers.

The UEFA country coefficients have always been calculated with results of matches that were actually played (with a very few exceptions). Therefore I assume that the country coefficient of Turkey will not change.

The calculation of the UEFA club coefficients is a different subject, however. Since match results of qualifying matches do not count for this calculation. The question is what will happen to the qualification (aka bonus) points for playing in a certain round. See Team points for excluded teams.
