| Its 5 but this is not justise,only 3 teams and divided with 5?? Because they were banned. Why let them begin, if they begin banned them next year fucking uefa.. its so stupid and not fair..Is should be others teams like kasimpasa and kayserispor and if they were out, so thats ok divided with 5 because there was 5 teams in the Qualifikation.
Uefa most have better roles why let fenerbahce and besiktas begin,
and if they begin Qdraws so let them finish.. now suddenly Apoeland tromsö lucky loser?

| UEFA let fener and besiktas start in the competition because the Turkish FA allowed them to. Basically this is their fault and this measure punishes the guilty party. |

| You maybe have right, but yesterday when Besiktas beat tromö 2-0
they never celebritet, just the fans so they allready new before match
tromsö go trought any way,so way play this matches, im from sweden i heard same think from norway fans. They say strange, besiktas players not celebrate after match end.. Thats why i think is so stupid, why play the match when everybody nows they gone be banned anyway..
So the Turkish FA is the guilty here then, They could have 4 teams maybe in groups.. |

| What Uefa did wrong in the end ? Fenerbahce and Besiktas both banned before the draw was made.they go to CAS,looking for some kind of justice after all this match fixing.so,if you wanna blame someone,blame Besiktas and Fenerbahce.the make it possible.in the other end is not big deal anyway with those country ranking.top 6 is hard to achieve anyway.between places 7-13 is not a big deal anyway.so,dont be upset to much.the best lesson for this- DO NOT PLAY FIXED GAMES. |

| man, if you kick the asses 2 teams from a federation(i don't claim they are not right to kick) you must include 2 additional teams from the same country OR (OR) (OR) 3 times OR you must divide total coefficient by 3 instead of 5..noone here is opposed to bans,contrary, we are opposed to injustice making divided points more than teams that are represented..fucking villages team qualified to the group stage, why a 4th and 5th turkish team didn't try their chances? |

Because if you divide by 3,in the end could become a reward and not a punishment.
If for example Galatasaray drops to EL and goes all the way,Turkey would benefit from these exclusions.
There is only one solution for you...Turkish FA must be more severe and send the teams next in line.But now it's too late and obviously they don't care so much about coeff. as the fans do. |

| exactly man..they don't even know what coefficient mean, how they are calculated etc..every team,evryone and federations try to save their own asses inorder to progress themselves,serve into the favor of their countries..you say, fans give importance to coefficient,country points,rankings etc, this is not true neither, we are a few only in europe who do that,only these people who frequent this webpage, people who walk around the street don't even know what country ranking means.. |

| Someone at Turkish FA should know, otherwise it would be a shame.
Still them to blame, because they were sending Besiktas and Fenerbahce, knowing that they are in some serious trouble. |
