After that they check for other criterias: 1) country rules 2) to some extend regions 3) they check the diff in sums of coefficients between the groups ignoring the row1 team To get correct groups for 1) they shuffle teams within the rows, mostly within the unseeded some teams might be shuffled a row "higher" or "lower". 2) and 3) are not hard criterion. Tho they seem to optimise a bit. And after all that you can understand why Forza says that you cannot predict the groups. Mainly you can have a good shot at the seeded side in the groups, atleast with 1-2 "false" teams per group. But on the unseeded side its far more complex, cause due to those errors a lot of contradictions of 1) play roles in what groups need to get shifted. |
