Today I've looked again, and suddenly theyre third (formerly seeded Utrecht and Feyenoord became unseeded.) This obiously could happen only after the finish of the third round, when high ranked teams will lose in the CL qualifications, and for sure is not possible right now.
Anybody knows the reason for that? |

at: 19-07-2013, 14:05 | Fenerbace and Besiktas where originally excluded. They now appealed at CAS and awaiting the desicion from CAS, UEFA decided to include them in the draw. This changed the seeding a bit. |

| Because uefa have reintroduced fenerbache and besiktas until CAS decision late august,
kasimpasa and kayserispor were unseeded,fener and besiktas obviously are seeded. |

| I understand.. and probably as usual the decision will be made after the draw, so it's a real bummer for the teams get unseeded for that (if Fenerbahce and Besiktas will be excluded eventually). I hope Maccabi Haifa will make it to the seeded group anyway |
