| Anorthosis have already clearance to participate in the EL 2013-14.
PAS Giannina in Greece are having problems with their participation in European Competitions. Panathinaikos is the next team in line waiting for PAS not to get a license so that they will participate in next year's EL. |

| In Bosnia and Herzegovina the final verdict will be official this weekend but for now Olimpic, Borac and Čelik (the only three teams fighting for the third place and EL QR1) still haven't managed to get their license. Zrinjski is the best placed team for now who got the license for European Competition. |

| Espanyol, in addition to Rayo, was reported to have been denied a license.
Both have a chance to qualify for the EL--Rayo needs one win (vs Getafe) to clinch a spot if Malaga is ousted; they probably have to win their last two if Malaga is allowed to play the EL.
Espanyol has to win their last two and have a lot of luck with the results of third parties to make it.
. . . if, of course, a license is in the offing. |

UEFA Club Financial Control Body adjudicatory chamber announces decisions 029 - Six clubs fulfil conditions set out by CFCB Published: Wednesday 22 May 2013, 12.15CET
E-mail Print
The UEFA Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) adjudicatory chamber has met in Nyon, Switzerland, and has taken further decisions with regard to the cases mentioned in media release No. 83 of 21 December 2012: http://uefa.to/17EZkFK
Eight clubs had been sanctioned by the CFCB due to the presence of significant overdue payables and had to settle payments by 31 March 2013, in order to avoid the application of the suspended sanctions set out by the CFCB.
The conclusion of the investigation revealed that:
FC Rapid Bucureşti (ROU) and FC Arsenal Kyiv (UKR) did not fulfil the conditions set out by the CFCB. Thus all sanctions mentioned in the decision will fully apply.
• FC Rapid Bucureşti (ROU) have been fined €100,000 and are excluded from participating in the next UEFA club competition for which the club would qualify in the next three seasons (i.e. 2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16).
• FC Arsenal Kyiv (UKR) have been fined a total amount of €75,000.
The report of the CFCB investigatory chamber further confirms that the clubs Málaga CF (ESP), HNK Hajduk Split (CRO), NK Osijek (CRO), FC Dinamo Bucureşti (ROU), FK Partizan (SRB), and FK Vojvodina (SRB) have fulfilled all conditions imposed by the CFCB and therefore all suspended sanctions that had been imposed will not apply. |

Edited by: omonia at: 23-05-2013, 08:53 | Half the teams in Greek Superliga did not get a License (Panathinaikos, Pas Giannina, Aris Salonica, Panionios, OFI and Panthrakikos) This means the the next team which will get a ticket for European Competitions is Xanthi.
Of course, they have the right to make appeals. |

| I don't know exactly when but I am guessing until the end of the month. It seems quite impossible for PAS to win the appeal but Panathinaikos' officials are confident that they their case will be aproved. |

| I just hope that Panathinaikos, if given the chance to play instead of Giannina (which would be a shame since they are doing very well in the playoffs), they seize it and reach the ELGS. They should be seeded all the way, but Olympiakos made a custom of choking in EL whenever they've dropped out of CL, in similar situations. |
