| Yes, any team can get a licence for Europe. Main issue would be the stadium I guess. But they can always play their EL-match(es) in another stadium in Austria. |

| they could still win promotion... but they have to become champions and then win the playoff against one of the other champions of the regionalliga or the 9th place finisher of 2. bundesliga |
