So, can we assume that clubs from Gibraltar will play in european cups 2013/14?

Author: seso Date: 27-11-2012, 08:18	As has been stated in the 'Domestic Cups' thread, IL Hødd won the Norwegian Cup (1-1 against Tromsø IL, 4-2 after penalties). Hodd is 12th in Norway's second division!! They qualify for the 2013–14 UEFA Europa League Second qualifying round.

As the access list for CL and EL usually is released in February, it would seem logical Gibraltar clubs are included in that list, since they are also included in U17 and U19 qualifying already.

I know that most people from countries that have big leagues are not yet interested in it, but most winter breaks have already started (at least in leagues that have it). I would be interested if Bert would start a new seeding (along with this season) for season 2013/14 (especially for Champions league) because I think that many people from countries with weaker leagues are already interested if their club would be seeded in eg. QR2 of CL (according to the current system) and "calculating" the odds would probably be their most interesting thing that they can do about their club during this long period spanning to about 90-100 days...

@m-p3 - I'm not Russian speaker, but I do know Cyrillic, not especially the Russian one but I'm able to read most of it so this is perfect. I guess this is updated with every round. I understood that underline means that the national championship is over, but I'm not sure for bold. When the country code is bold that means that that country still has someone active in European cups and when the coefficient is bold that means that club is still active in European cups, am I right? And what a pity, Željezničar is the first club in the unseeded list of QR2... Guess I need to cheer that some other club wins their national championship from those who are "seeded" Also, thanks to @jojo who tried to help and nemesys for recalling me that comment that Bert posted
