You can remove them from your club coefficient list now, as they don't exist anymore.
A new Rangers will take their place, but of course the 3 year European ban will be in effect for them. But I fully expect the club to rise again in a few years under a new name.
EDIT: Or maybe they should stay, to show where some of Scotland's points the last years came from. Either way, it confirms once and for all they will not be in Europe. |

| I've just had another thought for you Bert. Say you keep "Glasgow Rangers" in the club coefficient list. I remember there's been talk about naming and clubs on here before and "Glasgow Rangers" has come up before, due to it being just "Rangers". Now, what if the new Rangers decide to go under the name "Glasgow Rangers" and qualify for Europe after 3 years, before all the points run out?
I suppose you'll look like something of a prophet though if they do name themselves "Glasgow Rangers", especially since you never named Celtic "Glasgow Celtic"
BERT: "Oh, I knew that would happen all along. I was just saving myself the trouble of changing the name when it did." |

| No need to remove them from the list. The list just represents all clubs that played in Europe during that period, no matter if they still exist or not. When the "new Rangers" qualify before the "old Rangers'" points have disappeared they should just be added as a new club. |

Nice
But not nice for Rangers, Glasgow, and Scotland. It's always sad when such a big club with so many fans is in so big trouble. |

| From what I understand the new club is named simply "The Rangers" so unfortunately no making Bert out to be a prophet. It appears they will begin life in the 4th tier of Scottish football. |
