Edited by: Lorric at: 23-04-2012, 02:23 | Surely it can't be a coincidence that I was on the BBC Football website yesterday when my computer crashed and wouldn't start up again without using safe mode, from where a system restore fixed the problem, and then after a good few hours of being okay, I decide to try the website again, and the same thing happened to me again.
The crash didn't happen immediately. Both times I got a few minutes.
A kind of chequered grid appears around the cursor, then the computer dies. On trying to load I get blue vertical lines running down the screen, ten sets of 4 of them, and it can't load up.
I'll mention it if it ever happens to me again, as that website will not be visited by me again. Same for goal.com, while I think about it, which gave me two viruses a long time ago.
I'll miss that place (BBC), it was very useful. |

| Well, it did happen again, so maybe it's not that site. This time it wouldn't come on, rather than crashed when on. |
