| I don't know if anybody had any chance to examine the Regulations for 2011-2012 competitions.
Is there any adjustments this year?

| Go to uefa.com
Select UEFA from the horizontal menu(first one)
Select "Library"
UCL Regulations are accessible at the left box called "REGULATIONS"
Do not click on the "more" in that box for UEL regulations
Click on the "more" in the other box called COMPETITIONS
Go to last line at UEFA EUROPA LEGUE.
Click on the "archive" There you have it. |

| And to answer erdinc's question: I did only a quick scan of some parts and didn't find any important changes. Mostly textual and legal changes, the introduction of Financial Fair Play, etc.
And some changes on venues, kick-off times, etc. in CL 6.04, 12.04-07, and comparable EL paragraphs. |

Untill now if a player received his 2nd, 4th or 6th yellow card in the 2nd leg of Q4, they were suspended in the 1st match of the group stage.
That is not the case any more. That suspension is not executed any more.
And there is also a change in the way teams are ranked in the group stage:
So far it was this way:
1.points
2.head-to-head points
3.head-to-head goal difference
4.head-to-head away goals
5.total goal difference
6.total goals
7.UEFA coefficient
Now it is like this (added criteria in bold):
1.points
2.head-to-head points
3.head-to-head goal difference
4.head-to head goals
5.head-to-head away goals
6.reapplying 2. to 5.
7.total goal difference
8.total goals
9.UEFA coefficient
Criterium 6. is a small change that will almost never happen, since 3 or 4 teams have to be on equal points and only 2 or 3 of them should rank exactly the same after 4 criteria.
Criterium 4. is a somewhat bigger chance, allthough it also only has to be applied when 3 or 4 teams have the same number of points, since with 2 teams it is automatically the same if criterium 3. is the same. |

| In view of 22.04 the word "always" should be deleted from 22.03, as 22.04 contradicts this. It could be replaced by "usually" or "normally", but is probaly more correctly expressed if simply deleted. |
