| Aren't Belgium now guaranteed to be in the top 15, pushing Scotland out, who will now lose their second champions league spot? |

| Exactly. But it was just a matter of time (except huge misfortune) for Belgium. So as you said, SPL 2010/11 will grant its runner-up a EL-Q3 spot (end of July), and nothing will be given to the 4th, except if the Cup berth is given back to the league |

| Well, matter of time for what ? Losing the 15th spot of fall under Scotland ?
If Rangers or Celtic continue to play like this, I don't see how Scotland can pass Belgium, even with one only 4 teams. If both come back at a decent level (something similar to Anderlecht/Brugge/Standard, nothing awesome when you remember how they could pass the CLGS), Scotland and Belgium will continue to be close.
For the 15th spot, Belgium has scored a few decent points this season, and they are 15th or better in the next seasons. Switzerland's score is only based on Basel and Romania is loosing his big scores.
Next year, Rangers will (probably) be in pot 3 in CL (with probably Anderlecht, if they qualify), Celtic unseeded in CLNCqR3 (like the 2nd belgian team). I won't talk about the 2 other teams, like the 4th and 5th in Belgium, they should be out in the q Rounds. Pretty similar situation. |

| I am really happy Belgian football is rising again. I remeber the times, when Belgium was No2 in Europe, with clubs like Bruges, malines, anderlecht ! |
