| Sometimes surprises happen in CL and pot 4 teams go through to last 16. Fenerbahçe is one of them with 11 points. I wonder the others in CL history. |

| The last two were Benfica (2005-06) & Werder Bremen (2004-05).
Coincidentally - they were two of the Pot 2 "failures" this time around.
The previous year - the "year of shocks" no fewer than four Pot 4 teams made it through - Stuttgart, Lokomotiv Moscow, Real Sociedad & Monaco. Monaco of course went on to reach the final. |
