| Hardest group is definately Group A..
Barca,Chelsea,Werder were the best teams from pots 1,2,3 respectively..as for Levski Sofia, they are capable of achieving a good result home in sofia, but away i think things are clear..although they have a really small chance of going through they will surely gain a lot of profit and experience from these matches against those world class teams.. |

group A has the 2 best teams from pot 1 and 2 and some rather weak teams
from pot 3 and 4. So its kind of an unbalanced group. Surely no one
wants to be in that group because of the first two but the hardest group is E. You got 2 superpowers : Real and Lyon, you got the best team from pot 4 ,Kiev and probably the 3rd best team from pot 3 , Steaua. |

| you do have to agree that Chelsea and Barca are just better than both Ream madrid and Lyon, although lyon showed supurb football last season. And you also have to agree that Werder Bremen are one of the best teams in germany (if not the best). So Bremen is at least the 2nd best team in Pot 2. Steaua Buchurest,Dynamo Kiev and Levski Sofia are equally strong teams... |

| This is good - for example it shows clearly the strength of E.
However, the overall strength and the competitveness are two different issues - for example, I presume one reason the Man U group is lowest is becuase Copenhagen has a low number. |

They have a small chance to be 1st or 2nd and A chance to be 3rd.
I'd say :
1st 1%
2nd 9%
3rd 40%
4th 50%

| Yes but the average of the group is boosted a lot more by Milan - 9 points ahead of the nearest team in Pot 1 than by Anderlecht - who are only more than 9 points ahead of the two lowest ranked teams in Pot 4. |

Bremen needs to be switched, but you got the idea. The coef or the place is not always a good indicator (Chelsea 13th :p), but you cannot change it 'just because they are stronger than their coef' :p |

For bet, if to predict 1 and 2 in GS is very easy its the easiest group i think.
For levski, it's mission impossible group, so if u know that its impossible, its easy to accept everything.
But, for Barca or Chelsea, its the hardest group to be the number 1... |

Always, one has to ask 'hardest for whom?' Or, 'for how many?'
I mean, Milan's group is easy for Milan, and levski's group is incredibly hard for levski.
The real-lyon-steaua-kiev group is hard for everybody; but so is arsenal-porto-cska mosk-hamburg (although nobody would say, this group is as strong as a totality). |
