| Why champions from AND and SMR doesnt play champions league?? Wehre the Montenegrin teams will play UEFA competitions, and when they start their own league? Do you know. HELP |

| UEFA finds the level of play in Andorra and San Marino not enough, so they only get 1 team in the UEFA-cup.
I think they should just have the same amount of teams like any other country in the low regions of the ranking, but UEFA thinks differently about this. |
