Two Questionable Entries at UEFA Cup

http://www.uefa.com/competitions/UEFACup/news/Kind=1/newsId=427955.html

UEFA Cup entries are updated at uefa.com on June 8th. Three days after the deadline of entries.
HB from Faroe Islands is in the list as the 3rd placed team. What happened to 2nd place team Skala IF.
(European Football Pool has HB as an Intertoto Cup team. One of them is definitely wrong.)

Jenis Astana from Kazakhstan is in the list as the cup winner. Bert's list tells that they didn't get UEFA License and was replaced by the cup finalist Kajrat Almaty.
(RSSSF list shows Jenis Astana as the UEFA Cup team
http://www.rsssf.com/tablesd/domcupeur06.html)
Why would uefa take PAOK from the list off and leave Astana ?
Any further info on these clubs ?

I have asked at Astana's guestbook (page through spam looking for my nickname if you want to see the question and the answer). The reply (presumably from a club employee) says that the UEFA's imformation is outdated and FC Astana won't participate in the UEFA Cup.

The fun never stops with UEFA Just imagine how boring it would be without them. We still don't know what happens with PAOK, Auxerre, Astana and HB Tórshavn. And the kick-off of the first games in the IT is just a week away from now Not to mention the whole circus in Italy.

Luckily I am not one of the managers that have to arrange transport to an until now unknown opponent....

UEFA has now changed the Faroe entry in Skala. So only 1 mistake still (Astana in stead of Kairat).

I just wonder if the guys at UEFA read this forum or use some independent "debugging" process (like requests from the teams involved). In case you read it: We're always glad to help you get it straight.

Dutch Teletext also reports that PAOK is in again. And on the UEFA-site Larissa is not mentioned any more, but there is a TBC on their spot (as is also on the spot of Italy).

Now UEFA Cup access list on uefa.com shows TBC for the last Greece entrant, while earlier today it was Atromitos.
Astana is still shown as CW participant for Kazakhstan.

And what's with Vozdovac from Serbia and (still) Montenegro? Why it is replaced with Hajduk Kula on Bert's page?

Did not get licence. Vozdovac was not interested in Eurocups anyway.
