Man , what a game will be in Sofia on nov 3. What stadium you 'll play with dinamo, levsky or national? This questions are not only for levskyfan but for all fans of levsky . |

| Peter: I'm not a Levski fan, but here you have some info. The game will be in the Levski club stadium - G.Asparuhov! I guess the Levski management decided there won't be enough fans to fill the national stadium. The Levski stadium has 28 000 seats but i guess there won't be more than 20 000 for the match against Dinamo. I also guess this is the most important match for Levski in the GS. If they beat Dinamo in Sofia they will have great chances to qualify for the next round. If they loose, they are probably out of the UEFA Cup, so i expect them to throw everything in this match. |

| This is the same for Dinamo: after only a draw with Heerenveen, the match with Levski is probably their last chance, so they'll do anything for a win in Sofia. |

Edited by: LevskiFan at: 21-10-2005, 12:04 | Peter, the match will be played at our stadium Georgi Asparuhov! It is 30 000 all-seated stadium.....Nick, let me tell u something, the stadium will be full, believe me! Just because u didn't fill even half of the national Stadium, u got 16 000 fans against Liverpool in a 45 000 stadium, that was shocking to the whole world yes, that doesn't mean that we won't fill ours! Remember the national stadium when we played liverpool, there were more than 43 000 Levskari! Now ur gonna mention our match against Auxerre....yea we didn't have 30 000 (on our stadium) fans, but once again thats Auxerre NOT Liverpool! Anyway enough talking about fans and stadiums.......now about our most important match against Dinamo......I think we are the strong favorites, of course I don't want to underestimate our Romanian neighbours, but 2 days ago I though we'll have the toughest test ever on the 3rd of November! I thought they were gonna beat heerenveen, thats what everyone in Romania kept saying, that Heerenveen are worse than Everton and etc.......and then we will have to beat them or else we were losing or place in the next round! But after seeing what actually happened last night.....I'm pretty much sure that we have a huge chance to beat Dinamo, and if we do we'll be defenetly at least 3rd in the group! Last night though another thing bothered me....after i saw cska moscow-marseille....it seems the French would be the toughest team to beat! Its good that we are playing them home, but still I think it will be harder to beat them than Cska..... As for Heerenveen...thats our last match... it depends on the situation..... So....to be honest with all the Romanians....u guys missed ur big chance last night....now u will have an almost impossible mission, because believe me on our stadium....most of the teams get beaten, no matter how big or great they are! BECAUSE WE ARE LEVSKI! See u in November
btw Peter...its spelled LevskI not LevskY! have some respect |

| i agree its a hard match in sofia but its a great year 4 dinamo and everything is possible. The match is crucial 4 both of us because u will probably not win with marseille and we already have a 0-0 home but the good part is that dinamo plays excelent with the teams that atack and dont stay with all the players in the 16m defending a 0-0 like herenveen. so there are good chances we beet u with the comeback of our best scorer claudiu niculescu from a injury that kept him out with herenveen. if we doo beat u in sofia i hope u win all the matches remained( including herenveen - give them as many goals as u can )and that we go together in the knock-out phase of the uefa cup |

Edited by: Giuseppe at: 21-10-2005, 14:03 | Dinamo has to win this match if they want to qualify, but it won't be easy as Dinamo have shown very little in the match against Heerenveen. Although I hope all three Romanian teams will qualify for the next round, it will probably be down to Steaua (once again!!! ) to keep the Romanian flag flying up in the next rounds of the UEFA Cup. Dinamo - get your sh*t together or else!!! |

Edited by: Peter_nyc at: 23-10-2005, 07:44 | @levskifan - i am sorry for mai spelling , by writing "Y" i didnt mean do disrespect you, only a writing mistake. Yeah , it will be a difficult game for both of us in nov 3, yea indeed you are the favorite but only because you play home, but Dinamo likes the games when they arent favorites, sometimes when they are favorites they dont play good. Anyway, like BalkanTourist said, the friendship between our nations will go on, its only a game , is not a bloody war, right ?? ha ha
@Giuseppe- you said Dinamo wasnt showing anything in heerenveen game. I believe you didnt see the game , maybe you where.. drank already celebrating steaua superb victory. ha ha In the first half dinamo play good , special in the first 25 minutes they missed 4-5 clear chances, but what you going to do if the ball didnt want to go in the net. Anyway Heerenveen is not a easy team, i dont know who said this bull, it is not a team to be underestimated at all, they know what they want, they came in bucuresti to defend themselves to not receive any goal,to take one point, they defended with 9-10 players almost all game and they succesed. Anyway this group is full with surprises, anybody can qualify, spacialy we seen already CSKA losing home, first surprise already, lets see the matchday 2 what surprises reserves. Heerenveen-CSKA its very important game too. |

BTW Very nice result would be for opponents |

| I went to see Rapid's match last night and I must say I was thrilled both by the atmosphere and the determination of the Romanian players. I support Steaua, but I must admit it's fantastic to see a relatively small team doing so well (Rapid has not lost a single game this year in Europe). Steaua's performance is also commendable, despite still not being able to score against Italian opposition. I think that if Hertha and Lens play out a draw, Steaua is the big favourite for first place, irrespective of their result in Berlin. As for Dinamo, I must say I was extremly dissapointed about the manner in which they lost (I heard it was in the last second of injury time!). Nevertheless, I expected them to collapse, as they are always crap in Europe and even if they win a big match (like this year against Everton), they find a way of making a complete mess of things afterwards. Starting with the game in Liverpool it's been downhill all the way for Dinamo and I'm extremly sceptical about their chances of winning another point in the group. |

| TRAGIC MATCH !!! When Pulhac missed dinamos huge late chance after half an hour of playing in inferiority, I was thinking that the nightmare Denmark-Romania is back... and so it was... The match between Heerenven-CSKA o-o gives dinamo hopes !!! |

Edited by: Peter_nyc at: 05-11-2005, 05:17 | @vlad -tzepes : Can you f.. yourself and stop talking about dinamo anymore on this forum? Thanks. Because Dinamo is too big name for you to pronounce. The difrence between OM number 1 with 3 pts and dinamo with 1 pt is only 2 points, so how come you you find out dinamo has completly no more chances? How do you know what are going to be the next results in this group? Did you see the last night games in this group ? You are talking like a doctor, how come you know everything? Your head it doesnt hurt you ? |

| @peter_nyc Firstly, when I engage in sexual intercourse I prefer to do it with another person, thus I am unable to follow your overwhelmingly polite advice. Furthermore, the correct phrase is "Dinamo is too big A name...". The last time I checked, censorship was no longer enforced in our country and I consider that every individual has the right to express his own opinion concerning any topic. Perhaps a second reading of my previous post will reveal the fact that I only ventured a personal point of view on this subject. I did not and DO NOT state that I know how the events will unfold, much less everything. If that would be the case, I would probably be making millions every week placing bets on UEFA Cup games. What is more, I think it is beyond doubt that CSKA Moscow and Ol. Marseille represent (at least in theory) stronger opponents than Heerenveen and Levski Sofia. Bearing this in mind, I expressed my scepticism about the team's chances of obtaining positive results. In addition, Dinamo's game lacks consistency at the moment and the team is not able to score as many goals as earlier in the season. Of course the situation may undergo a profound change in the following weeks and that would only be to the benefit of Romanian football. I give my entire support to any Romanian team in European competitions as it is in the end a question of national pride. Perhaps I exaggerated when stating that Dinamo is always crap in Europe and for this I appologise, in the event of an unfortunate interpretation. Are you prepared to act in a similar manner? |

| Vlad, well said! You seem like a reasonable man. I am sorry that Dinamo lost, but from what I read Levski missed a lot of chances, and Dinamo played really rough and got many cards (including one red). I am sure that if the game was in Romania, Dinamo was going to fare better, but they still have their chances in the group. I think you can beat CSKA Moskva in Romania.
Miki, that's life - you win some, you lose some. Congratulations to Slavia, they should be really proud of themselves. Scoring 4 to CSKA is not easy. I don't think that CSKA Sofia has any chances anymore, but I wish luck to Litex and Levski. Sometimes I wish I could win the lottery and buy CSKA . |

| Balkan Tourist, you are right, Levski had many scoring chances, but so did dinamo. And the red card didnt come from a fault. Dinamo could even have won in 10. The match had great moments for both parts. The first part's posession was to Levski, but without many moments. The second time was full of moments from both parts. Dinamo felt after 1st part that they can win ( even in 10 ) |

| Very ugly game ! Levsky definately won on credit because Dinamo did another weak game away, as we got used to by now. Both teams played badly, with plenty of mistakes in defence and lack of immagination in offence. The greatest chances came after defending errors of the oposing team so it was a dissapointing game and an even more dissapointing result. Dinamo has no chance to go further, but i didn't expected them to reach this far in the first place, so who knows... |

Edited by: Peter_nyc at: 07-11-2005, 20:06 | 1.I didnt open this topic for frustrations of steaua fans but for real and serios comments about the levski- dinamo game. And unfortunatly , maybe exept Serge, looks like nobody else have seen the game. So how can you make comments if you didnt see the game? Only from newspapers? I am wonder why bulgarians fans of levski from this forum dint say anything on this topic after the game , but some ridiculous "good ROMANIAN gays" ( vlad-tephes, zigurat)made many "kindly" comments. It was a very good quality game, first half both teams played more tactic, second half both teams special dinamo open up in defence, resulting a nice spectacular counterattach game. Levski controled the first half and mised 2-3 clear chances, levski its a very strong team at home , dont forget about this, but even that , dinamo in 10 players controled the second half and mised 2-3 very good chances too, olny not having enough luck made them to lose this game, levski was no better. Because at the end the team with more luck won, when you score in 90 + 3 minutes it cant be something else exept luck. And i want to finish discutions on this topic with one message to ridiculous steaua fans, which they just waiting and applaudes every time dinamo break their neck: if you cant take the ideea dinamo being in europe, better get use to it because Dinamo is controling the romanian leaghe right now and is in Europe too and will always be there in years to come, either you like it or not. And i'll finish here this topic , i wont comment anything anymore. |

| I'm back )) I'm sorry I wasn't here after the match...but I moved to Athens and until now I didn't have internet! So now I'll tell my opinion about one of the sweetest wins we've ever had! That night I was the happiest man on earth! Finally the luck was on our side! I said before the ame that I expect my team to win, but the match will be really tough...and somehow my predictions came true! The match a heart-stopper!!! Both teams had wonderful opportunities during the whole match, especially the ones from Borimirov and Telkiyski in the second half.....a lot of fouls especially from the Dinamo players, in a few words this was a TRUE dery of the Balkans! I'm really dissapointed that I couldn't go to the match and be part of the fantastic atmosphere before, durind and after the match......but from what I saw on tv everything was fantastic! I'm planning to come for the Marseille match though, its gonna be a huge battle from which I hope we will come out as winners, and if we do we are through! Anyways, there's another match with Cska Moskva before that.....I think that if we play at 1000% percent we can get at least a point in Moscow, but we'll see next week! My predictions are that we will pass the groups as second placed )) As for the other Bulgarian teams, Cska were a huge dissapointment once again, but thats what happens when u think u are the best after beating the Liverpool reserves and the worst team Leverkusen has ever had! But lest not get into this, I wish them good luck in their remaining matches, if they take something out it would only benefit the country coefficient! Litex....well the good olld Lupko proved once again that he knows how to deal with things when in difficult situations! Well earned win, should've been 2:0 not 2:1, but doesn't matter casue a win is a win! I think they will pass the groups too! |

| If I were you I wouldn't be braging so loud about a goal from offside. And, yes, IT WAS OFFSIDE. I have the video on my computer and watch it very closely. You could barely beat Dinamo and you're dreaming of points earned against OM and CSKA Moscow?? It'll be a surprise if Levski will get even 1 point from Heerenveen. My prediction: Levski and Dinamo will not qualify. |
