Date: 11-10-2005, 16:02 | What will UEFA do with the teams on postion 43 to 50? All in one pot, and one group gets 2 out of it? Or 43th to 49th into one pot, and the last team seeded into the group with 8 teams? |

Date: 11-10-2005, 16:26 | For WCQ, there were 51 teams in 7 pots. Pots A to F - 8 teams, pot G - 3 teams (Andorra, Luxembourg, Kazakhstan). England, France, Italy and Spain were drawn into 6-team groups due to greater number of matches played as a result of having more domestic clubs involved in international club competitions. Draw procedure: Teams in pot G were drawn into groups 1 to 3 and placed in position 7 in each group .... When England, France, Italy and Spain were drawn, they were placed in groups 4 to 8. Based on WCQ draw procedure, I'd say San Marino would be in the last pot and will be placed in the first group, with the "Big 4" drawn into 7-team groups. Again, this is my opinion and not the official procedure.  |
