High-up the ECT-membets from 16 to 32.
The host and 11 hoghest ranked teams will be directly qalified for the finaltournement
and the otter 40 teams must play one round play-offs.
At the ECT-tournement the'll play the same sistem like they did at the last 2 WCT's, France and germany are able to do that(ant more countries)
the ECT can be holded every 2 jears than!!!
No body has to play 2 qalificationmatches than!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The members off the WCT can be decided at the continentalchampionsjips
europe 12 to 14, asia,africa,COMNEBOL,CONCACAF each 4 ore 5 and
Ociania 1 ore 2, the kontinental-championships can be played between februri and juni in the same year as the WTC and the WTC in august.
Than there will be no problems about the qualification dates!!

Fix your grammar!!!!

What for the system - I think, it will hugely lower the interest for the EC, and it's not good. EC is a separate tournament, which is a real rival to WC, and somebody even like it more, than WC, because it doesn't have weak teams. So, it should remain the same. Is is great, that Europe has 2 ALMOST EQUAL tournaments every 2 years, not 4. And great interest for qualification rounds.

ECT is an intersting tournament as it is now. Also the African Tournament is OK, even though they should reduce it to one tournament every 4 years and stop playing a tournament half a year before WCT.

But they should really unite Copa America and Gold Cup to one American Tournament instead of inviting guest teams. And Oceania Tournament is too weak, the teams should play in the Asian Tournament.

So that would be 4 continental tournaments, and a world-wide match schedule could be invented like we have in this WCT-Qualification. THat would also be good for the clubs, as more and more clubs have players from other continents. It could end theese discussions, that we alsways have, when players have to play for their national team, while their club has league, Home Cup, UC or CL matches

There are playing COMNEBOL-teams in the CONCACAFCUP and CONCACAF-teams in the Copa-America, but than they can diside the best 4 ore 5 CONCACAF-teams from the CONCACAFCUP qalify and the best 3 ore 4 COMNEBOL-temas from the COMNEBOLCUP qualify.
Maybe a fusiun between the Asian FA and Oceanian FA can be possible.

In Africa they've all ready now 5 poules for the WTC and the 5 winners will be placed for the WTC, but the nrs-2 and -3 of each pool and the host (totally 16) will be placed for the Africa-cup in next year too!! Look at the webpage: www.rdasilva.demon.co.uk/football.html

Maybe it will be better to play with 48 instead 32 countries
at a WCT,Europe 18,Afica,CONCACAF and Asia/Oceania each 8,
COMNEBOL 5 and a host.

And than they can form 16 poules off each 3 teams for each 2
places in the play-offs.

In the groopstage the highest ranked team can play in the 1st 2
poolmatches and than will be clear ore he receives the nessissary four points what normaly will be happening in 14 off the 16 poules, but it
must be happening first!!!

And in the last poolmatch it will be clear with team goes too
in to the play-offs!!
