| As far as I know this year UEFA changes the number of bonus points for reached the group stage in the CL from 1 to 3.
This seems that the reason for it is to ensure that the same teams quallify to CL year after year and keeping potential new teams out of CL.
I think that is wrong!!! |

| If there wont be any bonus points in CL, then Uefa cup will be an easy way of collecting more points as more weaker teams are in UEFA cup
But in CL its hard to win games!! |

| The change was last year. Every two matches in CL now effectively score one bonus point. In the UEFA Cup that's only true for reaching the quarter final, the semi-final, and the final. |

| I wonder if 3 point for Cl is enough. Maybee every point should be multip. with 1.5? Its really hard to get some point in CL GS. Much easier in UC.
Counting the points- max:
CL: 3 + 12 (GS) + 5 (max bonus, or is it 6?) + 18 (including the final) gives max points: 38
UC: 4 (r1) + 8 (GS)+ 18 (incl. the final) + 3 (bonus, or is it 4?...the winner maybee get 1 extra point for winning???) and that makes it in total 33 points.
No big difference in points. Imagine then CL GS for Wisla Krakow being in the group together with Milan, Chelsea and Sporting L. Hom many points do You think Wisla can make. Then compaire with R1 (seeded) and UC GS (third pot).
If there was not for money, I would prefer Wisla playing in UC, collecting more points that way.
What do You think? Is the bonus system fair?

| Kronsky you are right . 3 bonus point is not enough for CL because its easier to take points in Uefa cup. CL has the best clubs but Uefa contenders are not good enough |
