| as turkey was 10. place in 2004 season, if liverpool and internazionale get eleminate the champion of turkey will directly qualify to champions league...it seems to be galatasaray or fenerbahce... if champion will be fenerbahce, turkey will be with 2 teams in cl with a high probability because galatasaray is seeded in QR2 and QR2..
if galatasaray will be champion, fenerbahce will be elinate with a high probability, as we mentioned before according to last 5 years statistics:they will eleminate with a %78 percentage..
fenerbahce do not deserve to qualify directly..because they did not enough points to turkey.. |

| It is quite obvious that Turkey will stand a better chance for two teams in CLGS if Fenerbahce win Turkish league and qualify directly to CLGS, since Galatasaray will be seeded in CLQ3 (and not Fener).
But for Rosenborg it would be better if Gala qualified directly to CLGS.
Who deserves what is totally indifferent and irrelevant. In life generally and in football especially. That's some of the thrill with the sport. Who would want to watch football (or play football, for that matter) if the presumed/supposed better team always won?
I wonder what level in purgatory I would be in if I had always got what I deserved ![](include/smilies/s4.gif) |

| Besides the 'normal' rivelry there is also a financial aspect to this: The 'market pool' for Turkey is divided between all teams participating in the CL-groupphase. So if Galatasaray is there alone it will get more money than if Fenerbahce is there too. I don't know how much this is for Turkey, last season Gala& Besiktas divide 5.5 Million CHF. So there is a big financial pressure too for Gala to become champion, cause Fener has little chance to qualify |

| Yeah, the market pool is a peculiar thing. I know that Nordic countries are in one pool, and that Rosenborg get the whole Nordic CLGS-pool-money when there are no other Nordic CL-participants.
I am not quite sure why UEFA have chosen this geographical grouping, because it increases (unneccesarily?) the rivalry between the teams and countries in the same pool.
And Ricardo, according to aydinfatih Fener have a statistical probability of 22% to qualify for CLGS. That's not the worst odds I have put (and won) money on ![](include/smilies/s2.gif) |

| there is no quite difference for marketing between three teams bjk, gs or fb. because all matches of these teams will be watched if gets champions league.
yes, i know this is a reality besiktas has less fans according to other duo, but because of the matches are broadcasted in normal(normal means you do not need decoder or other extra devices) tv channels there is no more difference...
if you think for turkey logical you will say fb must be champion, as it is diffucult for my team bjk, but if you look last 5 year performance: first galatasaray, second besiktas, then gencler and then may be fenerbahce... however you know life is quiet different from reality. |

| Yes the champion of the nr-10 off the ranking must play one QRCL, but when the holder of the CL has been qalified for the poules of the CL (what manytimes hapens) than the champions of the nrs-10,-16,-26 and -27 can play each one QR less, what means the champion of the nr-10 is directly placed for the poules (the runner-up must play 2 QR's), the champion of the nr-16 must play 1 instead 2 QR's, and the champion of the nrs-26 and -27 of the ranking 2 instead 3.
When the holder was qualified for the 3rd QRCL than the champion of the nr-10 must play indeed one QRCL, but the 16th,26th and 27th champion can play one QR less as earlier called. |
