Europe 18,Africa 8,Asia and CONCACAF each 7,South-America 5,Oceania 2 and an orginiser.
At the tournement in the first round they'll for 16 poules of 3 teams.
The best 2 of each will go farther off the KO-system.
The highest ranked of each will play in the first 2 matches, than shell be clear ore he will reach the nessissarri 4 point, I think most times it will be happening (in 14 of the 16 poules),but it MUST happen first!! in the last match in each poule, it will be clear witch country reaches the 2nd round too!!! |

| Yes, the fairest wayy is when Europe and Africa receives
each 8 members, Asia and CONCACAF each 6 and South-America
and Oceania each 2, all include the orginiser.
Totally 32.
Then every continent has 15% of their members!!!
But better is 48 members like the earlier called way!! |
