| Which score in they match shall Valencia to progress to the next stage? 4-0? The goal difference of Werder 10-6 (10 pts), the of Valencia 6-8 (7 pts), the first match ended 2-1 (Werder's win). Sorry for my english. |

| I think head to head result decides. Valencia should go through by winning 1-0 on away goal. If it is 3-2 for Valencia Werder goes through. TV comentator said it yesterday on TV so I guess he knows what he is talking about. |
