Since Kazakhstan has their cup final on Saturday and their league is done, does anyone know if they will be allowed into the Champions League and UEFA next season?

Yes. Couple of teams expelled from Premier League this year because of assaults on referee(Qaysar) and 'repeated violations of regulations'(Aq Jayiq Oral), so just petty things.

Meaning that league winner Qayrat Almaty will start in CLQ1, and Irtysh Pavlodar and FK Taraz will start in UCQR1. Cup final between Qayrat and Taraz will not alter the EC-spots.

Last year they weren't allowed because there wasn't a good stadium in Kazakhstan I thought.

I don't know if they solved that problem now, or if they are allowed to play somewhere else (Russia??). But still more than half a year before the first draw is made so I don't think a final desicion has been made yet.

I thought it was some trouble with different fractions and football associations. But that was maybe in one of the Caucasic republics some years ago??

It looks like this table comes straight from www.rsssf.com, as they use exactly the same format to indicate the relegated teams etc.

I thought that Kazakhstan teams were eliminated from this years european competitions because none of them fulfilled the UEFA criteria (financial etc). Could this be the case? Does anyone know if they do now?

Obviously they do, maranton. So far. Guess we would have got info from UEFA if it was otherwise. The league is finished, and I haven't got info on Kazakh trouble. OK, two teams expelled, but just proving that KAZ FA are taking problems seriously. Well, hmmm, UEFA and info.......
