After yesterdays games all FairPlay teasm are already out. Before the real tournament even started.
I don't think it was a real reward. These teams should get a place in the 1 round! That is a reward. Now they have been playing all summer but in the end came to nothing

Which teams will you remove from the first round to make room for the FP teams? I'm in favor of having the strongest field possible in the "real tournament"--if the FP teams, which didn't qualify by the normal route, can win their way into the "real tournament," GREAT, but if not, at least they had a shot at it.

From UEFA's bulletins:

"Fair Play criteria
UEFA's Fair Play ranking only takes into account national associations
that have played what UEFA says is a reasonable" number of games. For
the purposes of the list below, a cut-off point of 29 matches has been
applied. The Fair Play coefficient is based on criteria such as
positive play, respect for opponents and the referee, the behaviour of
team officials and supporters as well as cautions and dismissals."
