To me it is, although Maccabi TA from my country managed to Cl, which it wasn't supposed to

Anyway, just look at the first two pots of the CL draw. 3/4 of them (12 teams) are from only 3 countries: Spain, England and Italy. If the groups stage will go according to the seedings, there will be teams from only 7 countries in the 1/8 round. Even if not, there will be possibly teams from 10 countries.

The Uefa Cup on the contrary is much more open. I looked at the teams in the 1st round, and the teams that should qualify for the groups stage and the 3rd round, and there are many teams at the same level, from much more countries. This makes much more interest to me (especially with the groups this year).

So I say, I think that the Uefa Cup is much more interesting!

Yeah I agree with u!Every year there's only one team from the valkans but not this one!I'm really sad that almost all Balkan countryes have had a team, in the CL in the past 5'6 years,but not my country Bulgaria!Before we used to have CSKA (although i don't like them because they are Levski's biggest rivals) playing in every CL,in the semi or quarter final!When they changed the format of the League everything changed and we can't get a team in it!
But I'm really optimistic about next year!If Levski keeps the same superb form and wins the Championship,I'm 90% sure that we will finally get a team in the League!

They are from Ivory Coast, Levski Fan. 11 players, and i think they might have problems with the 'hard' play by Levski (Eastern-European teams are generally known for the brute force approach). They are easily offended by a heavy tackle, and dare to have some yellow cards because of this.

Depending on the referee, you could get 2 types of games:

if the referee allows a lot of heavy tackles, Beveren is lost, if the referee is VERY strict on judging tackles, Beveren has the advantage.

Author: EarlofBug Date: 03-09-2004, 18:17	I agree with blancjb15 and Zuberbuler. Uefa cup involves teams from more countries, so more people should have interest in it, especially in the last rounds. Also, because more countries participating in UEfa Cup, it is more significant for coeffs of the lower ranked countries.
