| Hiya guys,
I was kinda bored and not doing anything so I decided to give my opinion about the Real Madrid vs bayern fixture. The first game in münchen will be tough and intense but I think Real will end up winning over there for the first time in their history. At the Bernabeu, depending on the result of the game in germany I think Real will confront the game with a different actitud. If Madrid wins in münchen they'll go out to the pitch more relaxed and with the idea of making a show for the croud. On the other hand, if they lose or draw they'll eat them alive. bayern hasn't been playing well anywhere for the last two years and they haven't been to hard to beat. Last year they finished at the bottom of the group and this year they qualified with no merit and on the last matchday. Celtic showed that they were the best of the group and should have qualified.
Please post your opinion about the fixture. |

| I think Real should win this. I hear some rumours from Germany that Oliver Kahn has had a bust up with the manager and may be on his way out. He is a big player for them. If he leaves this month then this could be too big a loss for Bayern to cope with. Maybe some German fans could confirm this?
The midfield and attack of Real is too strong for the Germans, however, Bayern have a potent attack in Makaay and Ballack etc, and Real have a shaky defence so, who knows.
I think it will come down to the game in Munchen. If Bayern can get a positive result then who knows, but if Real get something in Munchen then the tie is over as they will be too strong in Madrid. A close tie but Real should progress.
Disagree with what you say about Celtic. They lost all their away matches. This is not the sign of the best team in the group. There is no hiding place in the Champions League. The best teams always qualify. |

| I would consider that Bayern (as all the german teams) right now enjoy their winter-break; so they will be well prepaired and maybe they will regain much of their former strength. In contrast to Bayern Real will travel to South Africa between the matches whith all of their stars. I doubt that this is the best way of preparation... |
