If FK Vardar passed on CSKA Moscow(leading of the Russian Liga) so AC Sparta Prague look no though than CSKA, so it's gonna be 60-40 to AC Sparta.

That was a really big surprise when Vardar sent CSKA out from cups. CSKA had problem with teamplay I think. But has Vardar team good enough to beat team like CSKA second time? Why all on this forum think that Sparta is weaker than CSKA? CSKA had bigger publicity but no international success (at least when compared with Sparta). Maybe Vardar is underestimated and in fact is much stronger than it looks like. I looking forward to 3rd QR.

Vardar's not a strong team, if you look at the rankings you'll see that this year Vardar has brought till now its country a five year record amongst their season coefficients. They have never had such a performance till now. CSKA Sofia has played a couple of times friendly games with Vardar in the last two years and we beat them twice 3:0 with ease.

On the other hand CSKA Moscow (although i like them) is no big deal in Europe and in fact with this roster which they have now, they would have definetely lost to Sparta if they had qualified. You made a big mistake underestimating Vardar in Moscow and payed for it. There are no star palyers in the Moscow team that are able to reverse the games after this disappointing loss. I saw Olic at the Euro04 qualifying game between Bulgaria and Croatia and i think he doesn't deserve the 5 000 000 which were payed for him.

Author: seol Date: 09-08-2003, 11:11	Sorry for the disappointment, but vardar have not more than 5% of the chances to proceed. They need two main things: - A LOT of luck - underestimation of opponent probably they'll go out without a chance
