Fairness of UEFA Co-efficients

Although Celtic lost tonight's game, as a season ticket holder I'm obviously delighted that we have won the tie on away goals but I would like to suggest an improvement to the UEFA ranking system.

My argument is that if we had won both legs 2-0 we would have gained four points in the co-efficients, a win and a draw would have given us three points whereas, having won one game and lost the other, we gain the same number of points as Celta Vigo despite having beat them over 2 legs.

Teams are not rewarded for winning the round. I would suggest that the winners of each round have 0.5 points added to their co-efficient and the national co-efiiecients are adjusted accordingly.

What does everyone else think about this?

Apologies to anyone who has put forward this suggestion before.

Suppose the argument is, that if you win your tie over 2 legs, you have further chances in the next round to add coefficient points.
