Why do my club have points this year?

I'm eyal from Israel. my club, Hapoel Haifa, played in the 99/2000 season in the Champions League qualifying round and in the UEFA cup and did very well. today, after big problems, my club is playing in the second division in Israel, but as I see it's keeping getting points in the UEFA ranking... why is this? we haven't play even one match in europ sence 1999...

your club keeps getting points thanks to the other israeli clubs including maccabi haifa which is my favorite team
every club gets half of its country coefficient plus the points from the games it plays in european competition not including the qualifying rounds
