| After what happened in England with the collapse of ITV Digital and the clubs' problems with money, the same thing happened in Greece too. Alpha Digital (the channel who owned the TV rights for the Greek First Division) went bankrupt. So, all the teams will not get any money from it, so they are in trouble. There was a proposal for each club to get a percentage from the money from the betting games, but the appropriate ministry did not accept it. So the clubs are threatening now that the champioship will not continue etc... |
